

I have found that writing my thoughts in a journal can be like a mental detox, if you will. ;) It gives me a chance to write down all of my ideas, feelings, passions, fears, dreams...what I'm most grateful for in my life...I just write. Sometimes I write until my hand hurts from writing so much.
20-30 minutes. bike. pool. water. shade. journal. reflection.

...and that's what I shall do.

Yep, that looks pretty much wonderful. Good for you for knowing how to relax, I think a lot of people would be much happier if they could only figure that out!
