I'm so excited about the color trends for this Spring and this is just a little glimpse at what J.Crew has to offer. Aren't those images just so inspiring? They make me want to go shopping

As our days are quickly warming and Spring nears, I'm happy to fantasize about all of the mint green, pale pink, and canary yellow that will soon fill my closet!

Sunday Scones

We had a gorgeous weekend here in Charleston, South Carolina! It was sunny with blue skies and 75 degree with lovely breezes. It was a "every window in our home was open" kind of weekend. Just perfect if you ask me!

So, how do you start off such a perfect Sunday? Bake homemade scones of course! Jono had never had a scone before! I know..I couldn't believe it! You think you know somebody! ;) Well, before baking them, he asked me what a scone was. Well, I figured out the best way to describe a scone. It's kind of like a biscuit and cake mixed together. Yes...I think that makes sense! ha!

We enjoyed these scones with the most delicious
Wild Maine Blueberry Jam!!
Yum!! I think we need to make this a habit for Sunday mornings from now on!

Pale Pink Treasury

Do you see it? That's my Pink Provence necklace in the middle bottom row!! The most fabulous Jewels over at Red Otter was ever so nice as to include my necklace in her "Pale Pink" treasury.

I must say that I too adore pale pink just as much as jadite green and robins egg blue (just to name a few.)
